Defined Terms Used in This Agreement

• "Account" means the registered user profile created by a Player on the hbajje Platform.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins value, or matched deposit amounts credited to a Player's Account under a specific promotional offer.
• "Platform" means the hbajje website at https://hbajje.onl, including all pages, services, games, and features accessible through it.
• "Services" means all online casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, crash games, and any other wagering products made available on the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must wager using bonus funds before those funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "We / Us / Our" refers to hbajje and its operating entities.
• "You / Player / User" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the hbajje Platform.

Who May Register

To open an Account and use the Services, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a natural person and not acting on behalf of a corporate entity.
• You are registering and playing in a personal capacity and not in any professional or commercial capacity.
• You have not previously had an Account on hbajje that was closed, suspended, or terminated for any breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which the use of this Platform is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of hbajje.

Duplicate Accounts Prohibited

Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on the hbajje Platform. Operating more than one Account — whether in your own name or under a different identity — is a material breach of this Agreement. Upon detection, hbajje will close all duplicate Accounts, void any pending bets or winnings associated with those Accounts, and may permanently ban the Player from future registration.

Accuracy of Registration Information

You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information when creating your Account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, phone number, and any other information requested during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your Account information. hbajje reserves the right to require supporting documentation at any time to verify the information provided, including government-issued identification and proof of payment method ownership.

Deposit Methods & Minimums

hbajje currently accepts deposits via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits are credited to your Account Balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. hbajje does not accept deposits made from third-party accounts or payment methods that are not registered in the Player's own name.

hbajje does not charge processing fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees. We recommend confirming fee structures with your payment provider prior to depositing.

Withdrawal Conditions & Processing

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used to make the original deposit, subject to verification. Before a withdrawal request is approved, the following conditions must be met:

• Your Account must be fully verified, including identity and payment method verification.
• All applicable wagering requirements on any active bonus funds must be satisfied.
• The withdrawal amount must meet the minimum withdrawal threshold applicable at the time of the request.
• There must be no open investigations, fraud flags, or compliance holds on your Account.

hbajje aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours. Actual receipt of funds is subject to the processing times of your payment provider.

Suspicious Transactions

hbajje monitors all financial transactions for signs of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or abuse of the Platform. Any Account suspected of involvement in such activity will be suspended pending investigation. hbajje reserves the right to withhold funds and report suspicious activity to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

How Wagering Requirements Work

Bonus funds credited to your Account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated clearly in the individual promotion's terms. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must place total wagers equal to 20 times the bonus amount before any portion of those funds becomes withdrawable.

Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Live casino games, certain table games, and jackpot slots may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Eligible game contributions will be specified in the relevant promotion's terms.

Prohibited Bonus Conduct

The following activities constitute bonus abuse and are strictly prohibited on hbajje:

• Creating multiple Accounts for the purpose of claiming the same bonus more than once.
• Coordinating play with other Players to exploit bonus structures or place low-risk offsetting bets.
• Using betting strategies specifically designed to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk.
• Providing false information to qualify for a bonus for which the Player is not legitimately eligible.

Detection of any of the above may result in forfeiture of bonus funds, cancellation of associated winnings, and permanent Account termination.

Placing Bets & Game Participation

All bets placed on hbajje are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for verifying the accuracy of their selections before confirming any wager. hbajje will not reverse or amend confirmed bets on the basis of Player error, including incorrect stake amounts or unintended game selections.

hbajje reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of a technical error, data feed failure, or manifest pricing error. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the Player's Account Balance.

Cricket, Football & Other Sports Markets

Sports betting markets on hbajje, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers internationals), football, kabaddi, and hockey, are governed by the specific market rules applicable to each sport. In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or other exceptional circumstance, bets will be settled in accordance with the relevant sport's rules as applied by hbajje at its discretion. Players are advised to review individual market rules before placing wagers.

Disconnections & System Errors

In the event of a disconnection or technical failure during a game round or live bet, hbajje will make every reasonable effort to resolve the situation fairly based on the game state at the time of the disruption. Where a definitive outcome cannot be determined, the stake may be returned to the Player's Balance. hbajje is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the Player's side.

Protecting Your Account

• Use a strong, unique password for your hbajje Account and do not reuse it across other services.
• Do not access your Account on shared or public devices without logging out immediately after each session.
• Notify hbajje immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• Do not allow any third party to place bets or conduct transactions on your behalf using your Account.

hbajje will not be held liable for any losses resulting from a Player's failure to maintain adequate security over their Account credentials.

Self-Management Features

hbajje provides a suite of responsible gaming tools to help Players manage their gambling activity. These include deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. Actions That Will Result in Account Closure

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or place bets.
• Attempting to access, reverse-engineer, or exploit any part of the Platform's software infrastructure.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated cheating with other Players.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the account lifecycle.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward hbajje staff or other Platform users.
• Using the Platform in connection with any unlawful purpose or in a manner that may expose hbajje to legal liability.

Platform Availability & Accuracy

hbajje makes reasonable efforts to ensure the Platform is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and accept no liability for service outages caused by scheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, force majeure events, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

Cap on hbajje's Liability

Where hbajje is found liable to a Player under any cause of action arising from use of the Platform, the total aggregate liability of hbajje to that Player shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that Player in the 30-day calendar period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Changes to These Terms

hbajje reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active Players via the contact details registered on their Account. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment has been published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. We recommend reviewing this page periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the most recent revision was made.

Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties should be directed in the first instance to hbajje's customer support team at [email protected]. hbajje is committed to resolving player complaints promptly, fairly, and transparently. Players retain any statutory rights they may hold under the laws of their jurisdiction.

Account Closure by Either Party

You may close your Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any verified real-money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided there are no outstanding compliance holds or pending investigations. hbajje may terminate this Agreement and close your Account at any time for any breach of these Terms & Conditions, or at its discretion with reasonable notice where no breach has occurred.
